Flower Power

If you're looking for some high quality flowers, be sure to stop at Scarsella's Flowers, Greenhouses and Home in Long Island's North Shore hamlet of Laurel Hollow. Established in the 1930's, the seventy-year old shop gives new meaning to the phrase "take time to stop and smell the roses."

In addition to enjoying the fragrant, fresh-cut flowers and unique home accessories inside the store, be sure to explore the outdoor plants and the antique greenhouses, which come from properties around this Gold Coast neighborhood.

If you like what you see, and we're sure you will, you can inquire within about getting help planning your next party. Serious inquires only please - these guys don't fool around!

I used to pass this all the time on the your house! And to Huntington village. It's another picturesque spot along 25A.

I would encourage LongIslandette to post about other spots along
25A because the road is such a little treasure.
